Shipping and Returns

Busted Arrow commits itself to excellent customer service and we wants all customers to be happy with their purchase.  If for some reason you would like to return or exchange your product, please read our policy.

All orders, excluding final sales, must be returned/exchanged within 30 days.  This begins on the day the product has been delivered.

 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Merchandise must be unworn, unused, and in perfect condition.

All hangtags must be attached.

Items must be free of dust, lint, pet hair, or odors.

Shipping charges are not refundable. Customer is responsible for return shipping.

Final Sale items are not returnable/exchangeable.

On a copy of the original invoice, indicate the reason for the return/exchange and the action to be taken (exchange/refund).

Supply your contact information.

If you would like to exchange your item for an item of lesser value, we will automatically refund the difference.

If you would like an item of greater value, please include your telephone number so that we may call you for additional payment information.

Busted Arrow reserves the right to deny credit if, upon receipt, the returned merchandise does not meet company return policy requirements.

DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your items arrive damaged, please keep all boxes and packing materials and immediately contact us at danielle@bustedarrow.com.

If you receive damaged or defective goods or an incorrect item, we will reimburse for shipping costs to return the item.

 

SHIPPING

Most orders will be shipped the next business day.  There are exceptions on orders that need to be restocked, in that case they usually ship within 5-7 days.
